| Hi Matt,
Is the room open or closed? In Edit Project, Edit > Room Data, Data tab, is there a check mark next to Room Open?
If the room is open, EASE does only a rudimentary check for holes, mainly just face orientation, and so would miss what I think is the problem in this case. Most likely you have faces that don't share all intersecting vertices. |

| Jim,
Thank you for the reply. I must admit; I was expecting to receive an email notification that you had replied to my question, but this never materialised (hence the lateness of this post). I must have unknowingly disabled this feature.
Anyway, yes I have checked that the room is closed and that all the surfaces in the vicinity share the same intersecting vertices.
Any other ideas?
Thanks in advance.

| Hi Matt,
I don't know what's happening in this case. Can you pack and e-mail me the model? |
