What is the difference between 'one octave' , 'three octave' , 'third octave'?
and
Which get me the closest data to the actual space?

Hi JK,
This setting determines the bandwidth over which the particular metric (SPL, C50, %ALcons, etc.) is calculated and mapped. It has nothing to do with the actual space.

If you have a sound level meter in the actual space & set it to measure the SPL in the one octave wide band centered at 1 kHz you will measure a certain SPL. To compare this value to the model in EASE you would need to select one octave for the bandwidth and then 1 kHz as the center frequency.

Hope this helps.
