| When you Combine a Project, EASE creates an Object with the project you have "imported" - combined. If you would like to delete an Item (that is part of this Object), you have two options:
1-If you delete the created Object, you can than delete any elements that were part of it. To delete an Object, find it's purple Handle and click on it (in order to select the object you would like to delete). Now press DELETE on your keyboard. EASE will ask you if you are sure to delete it, answer yes. Next, EASE will ask you if you WANT TO DELETE THE ALL INCLUDED ITEMS, answer NO. Now you can freely delete any Item you want.
Alternatively, if you don't want to delete the object:
2-Write down the labels of the items you want to delete (for example, (faces) F1, F4, F5, F10...). Find the Object purple Handle an select the Object (that contains the Items you want to delete). Press F4 (in order to see the Object properties). On the Items Tab, click on Face (if the items you want to delete are Faces). Now you can see all the Faces included in the selected Object. Click on SELECT. A table you open with all the Faces in the project. You can know press CTRL+the Faces you want to "delete" from the Object (it will only make the Face to not be part of the object). Click ok. Now, the Faces you want to delete are not part of the Object, this means that you can select them and delete.
Of course, I strongly recommend that you delete the Object. Just make sure that the Project you have "imported" (combined) is in the right location (so you probably won't need the Object anymore). |
