When I attempt to add a speaker GLL, (in this case a Meyer M'elodie with 500 HP subwoofer), I receive the following error...

EASE 4.3 EaseRoom
The Speaker Model C:\Users\Public\Documents\EASE40Data\Global Speakers40\Meyer Sound\M'elodie,500-HP could not be read.

Init DLL: DLL not found
Init SPK: Could not open file!
Init GLL: GLL not found

The file was downloaded from the mfg website and the icon shows that the download is indeed registered as an EASE file.

Is this a mfg issue or am I missing something?

Thanks in advance for your response,

Dan

Dan,

probably the GLL/DLL interface isn't installed correctly. To fix the problem first re-install EASE. If the problem persists create an EASE status report and send it to support@afmg.eu. To obtain the report execute "Create Status Report" from the EASE main modules Help menu.
