Speakerlab licence problem

Hi,

I have a problem with the licence when installing SpeakerLab.

When I attempt to download the key using Licence Manager it says 'Busy:downloading Licence' then after showing 'Busy:Installing Licence' it shows an error: 'Licence could not be downloaded (3):Error: Could not set licence (2)'

I've tried turning off the firewall but it still doesn't work.

Can anyone advise?

Please send a SpeakerLab status report to support@afmg.eu to check your installation.

To obtain the report execute "Create Status Report" from Start/All Programs/AFMG/EASE SpeakerLab/Tools .
