| Hello, dear colleagues! What is the minimum size of the room that allows you to correctly model the sound field? |

| Hi Stanislav,
There is not an explicit minimum room volume or size in EASE.
The EASE 4 simulation algorithms are only valid as long as the wavelength can be considered small relative to the relevant geometrical structures. E.g. for small rooms such as studios or perhaps domes, results will probably not be reliable much below 500 Hz ( respectively below the Schroeder Frequency). In our more typical venues, e.g. theatres or stadiums, this limit is usually below 100 Hz. |
