| Best alternative is probably Ctrl+"keboard arrows" to walk around the room while inserting the Face.

| Opacheco,
As you create the face, each time you click a vertex, the vertex becomes "selected." Hitting the C key centers any selected item in the view. You can then use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out and the window scroll bars to rotate the view, all without losing the Insert Face tool. |

| Pedro,
I changed to MAC and Installed Win 8.1 using Parallel Desktop; Do you know how I can do that in the MacBook Pro Retina keyboard?
Thanks.

| The shortcuts? Pretty much the same way. I believe it would only change for the "F" keys, such as F4, F12, etc... In that case you can probably select what would like to be the default behavior for the keys in Parallels Desktop preferences.
Don't they work for you?
Kind Regards,
Pedro |

| Hi Opacheco,
In the Parallels Desktop User's Guide, pg. 196 is the following:
In Mac OS X, the F8 key and Ctrl+arrow key combination are reserved for triggering Spaces (a
feature that lets you organize your windows on multiple desktops). Because of this, the F8 key and
Ctrl+arrow key may not function correctly with Windows programs.
If you are experiencing this problem, change the Spaces hotkeys settings. See Mac Help for more
information. From the Finder, choose Help > Mac Help or Help > Help Center and search for
"Spaces."
This may explain why you can't perform the function you are attempting. |

| Jim and Pedro,
I did it worked now!....I went to "System Preference"/"Keyboard"/"Shortcut"......Here I changed the default use of "control" key to "option" key from "Move Left a Space"and "Move Right a Space" in order to leave free for EASE use and this worked.
Thanks a lot for your help!
